In the event that a mold problem is established, we are prepared to offer a Remediation Protocol Plan.  A written estimate will be presented to our clients for the entire cost of the project.  THERE ARE NO HIDDEN COSTS.  Mold is always the result of some sort of moisture problem.  There are about just as many possible causes of moisture problems within the building envelope as there are species of mold.  In order to insure the mold will not return, it is imperative the moisture problem be eliminated.  We will work with our clients on cost effective methods of eliminating the water intrusion.

The cost of Mold Removal is based on a number of variables such as square footage, level of infestation, accessibility, salvage ability, year of construction, etc.; therefore there is no standard pricing on this service either.  However, we work just as hard at protecting our clients and their property form exposure to mold spores through isolation and containment procedures during the remediation process as we do at insuring the best price, through practicing strict moral and ethical principles in everything that we do.
